Lake Ormož:
- Wigeon (Anas penelope) – 126 ind.
- Gadwall (Anas strepera) – 31 ind.
- Tufted Duck (Aythya fuligula) – 306 ind.
- White-tailed Eagle (Haliaeetus albicilla) – 2 ind.
- Coot (Fulica atra) – 3755 ind.
Lake Ptuj:
- Red-throated Loon (Gavia stellata) – 1 ind.
- Black-throated Loon (Gavia arctica) – 2 ind.
- Tufted Duck (Aythya fuligula) – 1939 ind.
- Greater Scaup (Aythya marila) – 1 ind.
- Red-breasted Merganser (Mergus serrator) – 1 ind.
- Eurasian Woodcock (Scolopax rusticola) – 1 ind.
- Mediterranean Gull (Larus melanocephalus) – 4 ind.
- Yellow-legged Gull (Larus michahelis) – 6026 ind. (roosting)
- Lesser Black-backed Gull (Larus fuscus) – 11 ind.
